All items are carefully packed with protective wrapping and I include cardboard on vinyl records as extra protection.

I recommend that all items in the UK are sent 'recorded delivery ' / 'signed for' so the package can be tracked (prices are based on being sent first class but you are free to opt for second class by asking for the cost). Where items are sent without being sent 'recorded delivery', I will obtain proof of posting when I post it but it is at your risk if the item does not arrive. Where the items are valued at £ 50 and above I recommend they are sent 'special delivery' (guaranteed next day) but again you are free to opt for other methods.

Most items will be posted within two to three days of receiving payment.

Please note that due to problems with posting to Italy, Russia, Turkey, Ukraine and South America, I will not currnetly send items there. Too many parcels seem to go missing or get lost.

Please note that due to the confusion caused by Discogs with their postage changes, there are some items that are incorrect because they want a set price for everything, yet clearly it costs more to post an LP than a 7" single because it is bigger and heavier. I stopped selling for a few years because of this and have decided to give it a go again, but there may be occasions where the postal prices are wrong. Please check against the list below and let me know if it is wrong and I will try to rectify through a refund.

UK Second Class - £ 3.00 (note the item will not be insured) + £ 1.00 for each additional item
UK Second Class (Recorded) - £ 4.00 + £ 1.25 for each additional item
UK First Class - £ 3.50 (note the item will not be insured) + £ 1.00 for each additional item
UK First Class (Recorded) - £ 4.25 + £ 1.25 for each additional item

Europe (International Standard, Uninsured) - £ 6.00 + £ 1.45 for each additional item
Europe (International Tracked And Signed) - £ 13.00 + £ 1.50 for each additional item
US And Rest Of The World (International Standard, Uninsured) - £ 13.00 + £ 2.40 for each additional item
US And Rest Of The World (International Tracked And Signed) - £ 16.00 + £ 2.45 for each additional item

For 7" Single Box Sets or CD Box Sets it will depend upon the weight of the item(s) in question, which will include bubblewrap protection around the item(s). I will only send them 'recorded' / 'signed for' and will provide a tracking number once it has been posted. Please email for costs - in general I will add on an amount but as it is a guess, until posted, then for anything that is out by over £ 1, then I will refund the extra.

Vinyl Albums, 12" singles and 10" singles (the costs for these are higher than some sellers because I carefully pack items to include protective wrapping and cardboard to keep flat).

My grading of records / CDs is as follows: -
M (MINT) - Unplayed / new
NM / M- (NEAR MINT / MINT MINUS) - May have been played a couple of times, but looks like a mint copy
VG+ (VERY GOOD PLUS) - Plays perfectly with a few light marks on vinyl / CD
VG (VERY GOOD) - a few marks on the vinyl / CD and possibly on label, but still plays perfectly
G (GOOD) - a few marks on the vinyl / CD and possibly on label, and has minimal surface noise / crackles when played

With respect to grading of vinyl sleeves / CD covers, items included as MINT will have no marks etc. Where an item is NEAR MINT / MINT MINUS, there may be slight signs of wear / minor marks on CD case etc owing to them being stored. If any items are below what I would call acceptable taking into the age of the item, then I will highlight this in the description and if you require a photo of any item then I can send one directly to your email address.
