SHIPPING
-I only ship to the US at the moment. I won't consider shipping to Canada anymore as it's proven to be a constant headache with every single order.
-Yes! I combine shipping.
-Yes! I offer local pickup.
-1 to 3 records: $6.75 (3 records means 3 physical records, not albums; I.e. Radiohead KidAmnesiac is 3 records, but 1 album)
-4 to 6 records: $8.00
-7 to 12 records: $16.00
-13 and up $24.00 (may be invoiced additional shipping fees for unusual or large orders)
-I'm reasonable and will reduce shipping costs wherever possible when buying multiple items. When in doubt, message me!

Cancellations
Please Note: If you, the buyer decide to cancel the transaction after your Paypal payment but before shipment of item(s), We will honor your cancellation cancel and refund in full less the non-refundable Paypal transaction fee.

Returns
We request that you please us first before returning any items. We will not accept returns if we have not mutually agreed upon the return in advance. Please Note: Any postage costs associated with the return of the item(s) will remain the full responsibility of the buyer.

GENERAL INFORMATION:
• Payment is expected to be made as soon as possible, we prefer is payment is made immediately as items for unpaid orders will not be held and may sell out in the meantime. Auto-cancellation will occur if an order is not paid for within 4 days. If an order is auto-cancelled due to non-payment you may us, we are happy to open the order back up.
• Orders usually ship in 1-2 business days. Larger orders take a bit more time to process and may ship in 2-3 business days. If your order is a gift or you need it to be delivered quicker than Media Mail, please let us know upon placing the order so we may accommodate your needs accordingly.
• We cannot be held responsible for theft - if theft occurs you must USPS and/or the police.
• We cannot be held responsible if a package is marked as "Return To Sender" but does not return to us.
• If you do not pay to insure your package we cannot be held responsible for damage that occurs in transit. Insurance must be requested upon placing your order.
• We do our best to make sure our items are listed under the correct version page. If an item is received and is the incorrect version we will pay for the item to be returned and issue a full refund if we are not able to acquire the version purchased.

Disputes
We will resolve any issue or dispute directly with the buyer. In the event that a dispute is escalated through Paypal or any other payment provider, we will not not refund the return shipping costs. This is to stimulate a fair solution between buyer and seller. Therefor it is very important to solve any issue or dispute directly with us through Discogs.
