We use DHL, FedEx or Warenpost / Warenpost International by German Mail. For orders with DHL and FedEx, an email with tracking is sent to the recipient automatically. For packages sent with Deutsche Post, you can us if you want to track your parcel. If you need to know which company we use for your shipment, please write us a mail or a note in the order form field. Delivery to expected within 2-3 days. International delivery time varies depending on your destination and the delivery company. Feel free to ask for an estimation. International shipments up to 1 kg sent by Deutsche Post are insured up to 20 Euros. If you need shipping with insurance value please send us an email upfront.
