[ SHIPPING COST/INFO ]
Buyer pays shipping. Shipping within the US (Media Mail):
- CDs: $5.50 + $0.50 per each additional
- Cassettes: $5.50 + $0.50 per each additional. (sent in boxes, not padded envelopes)
- 7": $6.50 + $0.50 per each additional.
- 12"/LP: $7.00 for the first item, unless it's a double which is $8.00 - after that it's 1.00 for each additional 12"/LP (doubles count as 2, triples as 3), up to a maximum of $15.00. This might seem like a lot, but I try to keep low prices, so I can unfortunately not offer a cheap flat rate shipping cost. I lose money on shipping as it is (my actual cost for a vinyl mailer, 2 cardboard inserts, and postage is approx $8.10 for a record).
All items are sent Media Mail. Should you want me to ship using USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail just let me know and I'll send a revised invoice. For a quote, please send me a message.

[ SHIPMENT ]
I typically ship in 1-3 days from when payment has been received.
All vinyls are shipped with cardboard inserts on both sides of the vinyl(s), if necessary I use more than 2. Used (opened) vinyls are sent with the inner sleeve outside the jacket to prevent seam splits. If a vinyl has a printed inner sleeve I'll remove the vinyl from it and put it in a separate polylined inner sleeve to prevent seam splits on the inner sleeve too. Sealed vinyls are NOT opened prior to shipping, no exceptions.
I am not responsible for:
- Items lost or damaged in transit, unless sent with Ground Advantage or Priority Mail (message for a quote).
- The condition of records and inner sleeves as for sealed copies. All new/sealed records are presumed to be mint. I do not accept returns of sealed records due to manufacturing imperfections or damage that is not obvious until opened, or for any other reason.
If a package is returned to me due to an incorrect PayPal address it is up to you the buyer to pay for shipping again to have it resent.

[ GRADING ]
Vinyls: PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL VINYLS ARE VISUALLY GRADED UNLESS OTHERWISE INDICATED. If it doesn't say "Plays VG+" or similar, the record has been visually graded. If you would like me to playgrade a record just let me know and I'll get back to you after doing so, no problem at all.
CDs: JEWELCASES ARE GENERALLY NOT GRADED since they are replaceable - so PLEASE NOTE that the "sleeve" grading is for the booklet/back insert and/or any extra packaging, NOT for the jewelcase - with the exception of if the case has a hype sticker. If I have spares - new or better ones - I will however replace cases if they have a lot of wear and/or cracks etc.
Cassettes: I don't have a deck, so I'm unable to test cassettes. I will make sure they have the pad that makes them playable, but can not give any guarantees as for anything else like sound quality etc. The "media" grading refers to the appearance of the cassette, such as the print etc, not to the sound quality of the tape. The "sleeve" grading is for the inlay only. Cases are not graded, but icracks and excessive scuff wear etc will be mentioned in the listing. All cassettes are sent in boxes - not padded envelopes - to prevent them from being crushed in transit. Finally, please be aware of that cassettes in general might not have the original case, the case might have been replaced throughout the years. I have personally not replaced any, but don't know how they came when released.
