✔︎ grading is quite conservative according to the Goldmine standard. records are inspected under bright light and in most cases play-graded with shibata or elliptic cartridges.
✔︎ CD/cassette jewel cases are never described as part of the sleeve condition or else as they are replaceable.
✔︎ we use cardboard pads for extra protection and when possible records shipped outside of the jacket.
