🌎 International Shipping Policy (Important for Latin America Buyers)

We are happy to ship worldwide from Greece, and we have many satisfied customers across the globe.

However, we want to be fully transparent about the challenges we sometimes face when shipping to certain countries in Latin America, including (but not limited to): Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, Chile, Colombia, and Peru.

📦 What You Need to Know:
Delivery times may vary significantly due to customs delays and slower local postal services. Packages may take 3 to 8 weeks to arrive, especially with standard international shipping.

All shipments to Latin America will include tracking. We no longer offer untracked shipping to these destinations due to frequent issues with lost or unclaimed packages.

Please check your local customs policies. Import taxes, duties, or handling fees may apply. These are the buyer’s responsibility and must be paid to release the package.

If your package appears delayed, please your local post office first with your tracking number. Often, items are being held for pickup or duty payment.
