Before you order I do this simply as a hobby we only want the best relationship with you as a buyer. I do my best to reply to you immediately but sometimes I don't get a chance to pack orders until the weekend. I always take the time to insure everything is properly packed and try and find you the best shipping rate that meets all your needs. If waiting until the weekend is too inconvenient don't feel obligated to order. That being said if you take a few days to get back to me I certainly won't be upset.

Grading:
Unless a CD or cassette case is a special release like cardboard or special colors for the album it's condition is not considered when grading as not every customer wants the jewel case shipped to them we do however try out best to swap out jewel cases which are cracked.

Shipping:
Special arrangements can be requested.
Any record priced less than $20 will have a paper sleeve or plastic sleeve however it will not be a new one.
Any record priced at $20 or higher will have brand new inner and outer sleeves plastic sleeves.
Typically with valuable items they are shipped in a mailer sandwiched between 2 pieces of cardboard. I can add 2 pieces of this craft board for extra rigidity or even go as far as using 2 pieces of thin plywood.

If you wish to have a few extra sleeves included me ahead of time.
