ALL INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Customs procedures both from the USA and within your country are now very unpredictable. It is not possible to know exactly how long it will take for a package to reach you. Your patience with the international postal systems is greatly appreciated.

RUSSIA & UKRAINE CUSTOMERS PLEASE NOTE: I regret that due to USPS procedure, shipping rates to Russia and the Ukraine will be slightly higher.

EVERYTHING ELSE YOU NEED TO KNOW:

-WEIGHT is the determining factor in all shipping (especially internationally), so multiple items/double records/unusual packaging may incur higher shipping costs. Shipping rates are non-negotiable -- I am subject to the USPS like everyone else.
-FIRST CLASS international packages are shipped at buyer's risk. They usually have a trackable CUSTOMS number (depending on country).+++
-ED MAIL is the most secure (usually not fastest) method of shipping internationally. ed mail is available for any package under 4lbs.
-PRIORITY MAIL is automatically used for any international package 4lbs (FOUR POUNDS or 1.8 KILO) or over. It has tracking and ships faster than ed mail.
-PRIORITY FLAT RATE-- I ship from 16 up to 21 records worldwide in a special Priority Flat Rate box for $68 ($46 CANADA).
Since USPS Priority Rates vary wildly, this is the BEST DEAL for large international orders.
-I try to use as much recycled, organic material as I can, re-purposing cardboard (and some plastic) for inserts. Please reuse or recycle packaging as much as possible.
-Returns on sealed items are subject to a restocking fee of 30% of sale value.
-Large format packaging (longbox CD, boxset, large package CS, folder, etc.) may require higher shipping rate.
