ORDERING DISCLAIMER (PLEASE READ BEFORE ORDERING)

We are a family-run business. We have a brick-and-mortar shop, Discogs, and other outlets where we sell our products.

From time to time, we make mistakes on our listings, and the inventory we have on our website due to unforeseen circumstances.

At times, the in-store inventory may not match the listings on Discogs. This happens when humans are involved.

We will not ship out products just because or maliciously try and send out the wrong product to you.

A listing may show as an indie exclusive or even a colour vinyl. And when we check our inventory, it doesn’t match-up to what you ordered on Discogs. If this happens, we will inform you of the discrepancy. If the buyer on Discogs decides they do not want the item we have, we issue an immediate refund.

If you are unsure and want confirmation beforehand, please us before purchasing through Discogs. We respond quickly.

If any of this is unacceptable to you, please refrain from ordering from us. We will live on and so will you!

Leaving us a negative review because we didn’t have a product you ordered, (despite the refund from us) will result in the same response from Rick Roll Records.

All items are shipped in a sturdy packed cardboard mailer with cardboard inserts, used LPs are shipped with the LP outside the jacket to prevent seam splits!
