A) OUR SHIPPING/PICKUP

Full price charts for all order sizes and exact locations can be found under "Shipping Prices" at "Ships From."

Orders will be sent as soon as possible, typically within 1-3 business days after completion.

We ship every Monday and Thursday.

We use the best mailers/cartons on the market, The Multiwell 165, which offers elite protection.

Your order will be labeled and sent to the address listed on your Discogs . Please ensure that you enter the information in the correct fields under Settings > Buyer > Shipping Information: name in the name box, address in the address box, zip code in the zip code box, and so on. The region/state box is ignored, so it is crucial that no vital information is placed in this box. If you want it shipped to a different address, please provide the details in the message box of your order. We will do our best and make the correction but cant be held responsible if this address change is not made as all labels are usually made automatic.

Full responsibility/ownership transfers to the buyer once shipping is made. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items due to shipping handling unless an insured shipping product is chosen at checkout ( Coverage ) In rare cases of issues, we will do our best to help you recover the package or money with the shipping company.

Most budget shipping options for packages under 2kg are uninsured, meaning no claim can be made for lost or damaged packages. If you want insured shipping please chose our Coverage at check out.

If any item(s) is missing from an order or storage, we reserve the right to issue an automatic refund and proceed with shipping the remaining items without delay. However, if the missing item is the highest-priced item in a multiple-item order, the order will be placed on hold. In such cases, we will inform the buyer and request confirmation on whether to cancel the order or proceed.

Local pickup is available Mondays 15:00-16:00 and Thursdays 15:00-16:00. All orders must be processed through Discogs/Paypal before pickup using the "Local Pickup" option at checkout.

B) OUR PAYMENT

We use Euro (€) as the currency for all our records. You can pay with PayPal or Credit Card through PayPal. If your country is not ed by PayPal, please us for assistance.

C) HOW TO GET IN WITH US

For questions about shipping/packing, use the message box in your order. For special requests (e.g., delaying shipping or changing address), add them in "Additional Instructions" when ordering or write them in the message box before payment.

Please avoid private messages unless your inquiry is not directly linked to a pre-existing order. Include the direct link if your question is about a specific item.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please us before leaving . We aim for customer satisfaction and will resolve issues promptly.

We respond to messages Monday to Friday (CET). Our office is closed on weekends. Please be patient as it may take a few days to reply.

Cancellation requests or additional inquiries, such as photo requests, after the order reaches "PAYMENT RECEIVED" status are typically not possible. This is because our packing team operates independently from , and once payment is received, the items are promptly picked and packed. The same thing is goes for merging of orders.

If a refund is possible, it will exclude PayPal fees, as these are not refunded to us. Additionally, a re fee of 1 EUR per record will apply to cover the cost of reing the items.

D) RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Buyers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day the package is received. If the package seal is broken, the right of withdrawal is waived, though we may still offer refunds for order issues.

Shipping expenses for returns are paid by the buyer unless otherwise arranged. The buyer is responsible for securely packing returned items. Ownership transfers back to us once the package is received in the same condition as sent.

Keep the postal receipt and send the tracking ID to [email protected], including your order number in the subject.

Please do not open a PayPal case as we will resolve issues through our . Any PayPal case opened can incur a 15 EUR solution fee.

As a seller on Discogs, we strive to provide accurate listings and fair grading. With over 20 years of experience in the music industry, we are highly skilled in identifying editions and conditions. However, given that Discogs uses stock photos for each edition, the responsibility for determining the correct version rests primarily with the seller. While we do our utmost to ensure accuracy, mistakes can occasionally occur regarding editions or grading. In these rare cases we expect a mutual understanding and solution.

Our Commitment:

1. Acknowledgment of Errors: If an incorrect edition or grading is identified, we will offer a fair and transparent refund process.

2. Refund Calculation:
- For incorrect editions, refunds will be based on the price difference between the bought edition and the cheapest available copy of that edition received in the same condition as received.

- For grading errors, refunds will similarly be calculated according to the difference between grade bought and cheapest available copy with grade received.

We aim to resolve any issues promptly and amicably, but we kindly remind buyers that it is not possible for any seller to be correct for every . Mistakes, while rare, are part of the nature of trading physical media on a global platform like Discogs where photos cant be shown to the buyer for own identification.

Please keep in mind that as a buyer you can always ask us for photos through [email protected] ( 10 EUR minimum ) in case you want to be sure.

E) OUR RECORD GRADING/IDENTIFYING

All records are visually graded unless noted, so grades are visual, not play grades. All records are used and presumed to have some faults.

Correct versions are identified by matching photos of inner labels and covers. If specific identification (e.g., run-out matrix number, deep groove ) is crucial, please ask for a photo as before payment as we dont guarantee these special conditions. We strive for accuracy, but mistakes can happen. Inform us if the version is important to you.

Photos or specific details of records priced over 10 € can be requested via [email protected]. Unfortunately, we can't provide extra checks or photos for records under 10 €.

Trust our rating as per Discogs guidelines.

We distinguish between hairlines, scuffs (surface marks), and scratches (feelable). "Marks" or "Lines" are used for multiple types of marks.

Hairlines are thin and cannot be felt. Scuffs or surface marks are not scratches.

We don't grade or guarantee original inner sleeves (OIS), inserts, or stickers but will note if they are included.

Condition grading guide of our records:

Mint (M) : Sealed or unplayed

Near-Mint (NM/M-) :
A nearly perfect record. The record should show no obvious signs of wear.
Record should be glossy and shiny all the way through with no obvious marks or hairlines at all.

COVER : Cover is close to perfect but minimum storage wear can be accepted.

Excellent record (EX) :
The Excellent grading is not a Discogs grading and can’t be applied in the official grading however we will use it to bridge the gap between NM and VG+.
An EX record will be placed in the NM/M- Discogs grading with the Excellent record or EX record as the first line in the comment section.

EX VINYL - An excellent (or VG++) condition for vinyl will allow minor scuffs which are visible but only slightly. Vinyl is glossy and shiny. The wear should be absolutely minimal. Only a few minor paper scuffs or hairlines and that's about it.

COVER : Artwork is still as close to perfect as can be. Some impression to the cover (minor outer ring wear) but no ink wear! Some faint creases to the corners, but not wrinkled and obtrusive to the eye. The corners can show white (where the artwork pasted slick was) meaning faint wear.

Very Good Plus (VG+) :
Will show some signs that it was played and otherwise handled by a previous owner who took good care of it.

VG+ will show light wear, surface scuffs, hairlines and maybe some very light scratches. The vinyl should still have a great glossy shine, but the flaws will be noticeable to the naked eye. Sometimes holding the record up to a very bright light you will see many tiny lines across the surface. , the record still should look as though it was handled with care.

COVER : A nice cover, but may have light writing on it. The cover looks clean with "Light" or "Some" general "coverwear". "Some" or "Light" wear to the seams or spine, no real split seams only maybe the beginning of a split usually on the mid bottom seam, no real cover tears except for maybe the odd price sticker remove and slight marks. The corners will have "Some" or "Light" wear, a VG+ cover is still "complete", unglued seams can be accepted although it will be mentioned in the comments as well as any concerning effects.

Very Good (VG) :
VG record will appear to have been well played but still somewhat glossy and shiny. The vinyl may be faded, slightly grayish, because of surface scuffs, which often happens to records that are played and left out of cover. Still they should appear to have been handled with somewhat care. Some surface scuffs, hairlines or/and light scratches WILL appear. Audible sound defects WILL be heard but won't overpower the music.

COVER : will look worn, used, probably resulting in "Some'' general coverwear. There may be "Some'' or "Light" seam/spine splitting. There could be "Some'' ring wear. There may be "Some'' writing on the cover. It will look aged and well used but still it should be decent and hold together.

Very Good Minus (VG-) :
The VG- grading is not a Discogs grading and can’t be applied in the official grading, We therefore will usually downgrade to G+.

VG- record will look very well played with lots of marks consisting of anything from hairlines,scuffs to light scratches and deep scratches. Record could be dull, grayish. A VG- Record could also be relatively “clean” but with a serious scratch. It will have distracting noise, such as crackle, clicks and pops that could be continuous or only in certain phases. It should play without any skips. However a VG- record should still be enjoyable to the casual buyer.

COVER :

Good Plus (G+) :
Significant scratches, surface noise, and groove wear.
G+ record will look rough with plenty of marks and scratches but should still be enjoyable to the casual buyer. Distracting noise will be evident throughout but won’t permanently overpower the music. G+ record can have possible skips but this depends sometimes on the turntable as well.

COVER : rough cover with possible splits seams/spine, possible "Some" cover tears, possible water damage although the cover is still holding together.

Good (G) :
Significant scratches, surface noise, and groove wear.
G record will naturally look even worse than a G+ with plenty of marks and scratches all over. Borderline enjoyable at any genre. Distracting noise will be evident throughout and will possibly overpower the music at curtain phases or at least be at the same level.

COVER : Rough cover with possible splits seams/spine, possible "Some" to "Heavy" cover tears, possible water damage, cover could be falling apart.
