We have hundreds of customers come through everyday and it is very difficult to monitor all emails. Any issue is important to us, so please call if you have an issue. We never list anything as 'MINT', Why?
As Discogs recommends and I quote, https://.discogs.futbolgratis.org/hc/en-us/articles/360001566193, MINT "Should be used sparingly as a grade, if at all."
If one wants to find a flaw, one will. Our new records are usually sealed and show no obvious flaws or damaged to the sleeve, but nothing is MINT in my opinion. Nothing is perfect. I think the term is overused and misleading.

Near Mint (NM or M-)
Vinyl
A nearly perfect record. A NM- record has more than likely never been played, and the vinyl will play perfectly, with no imperfections during playback. Many dealers won't give a grade higher than this implying (perhaps correctly) that no record is ever truly perfect. The record should show no obvious signs of wear. A 45 RPM or EP sleeve should have no more than the most minor defects, such as any sign of slight handling. An LP cover should have no creases, folds, seam splits, cut-out holes, or other noticeable similar defects. The same should be true of any other inserts, such as posters, lyric sleeves, etc.

I try to be as honest as possible, but I will never call anything MINT.

12” & 10” vinyl: Media Mail shipping costs (includes Delivery Confirmation) will be $5.00, free on orders over $75.00

Priority Mail shipping is NOT offered.

INSURANCE: 

Insurance costs within the USA start at $1.00 and goes up depending on the total value of your shipment. If you’d like your package insured please let us know and we’ll calculate the cost. Please note that uninsured parcels are sent at the purchaser's risk. 

WE ARE NOT SHIPPING INTERNATIONALLY AT THIS TIME.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING COSTS: 

All international orders are sent by UPS.

Items delayed by a receiving country's Customs authority is beyond our control. If a shipment has stopped moving in the UPS system, it is likely stuck in Customs.
Customs fees are the responsibility of the purchaser. We have no way of knowing how much these fees will be in advance, although if you request it we will agree to declare a low value on the customs form. Please be advised, however, that in the case of loss or damage to any package for which you have asked us to declare a low value on the customs form, any loss that occurs will be your responsibility.
