All shipping charges, including import fees, customs duties, and sales taxes, are the responsibility of the buyer.

Shipping is only available via Japan Post. Orders from countries that cannot be shipped by Japan Post will be cancelled.

Packages are shipped with tracking, but tracking may not be updated in some countries. The item will be shipped by ed mail via Small Packet. You can change to EMS for a faster delivery by paying an additional fee.

If you change to EMS, the shipping fee will change significantly. We recommend that you check before placing your order. Also, if you make payment first, I cannot change the shipping fee, so please be sure to me before making payment.

In the event of a delivery accident, Small Packet is insured up to a maximum of 6,000 yen. For EMS, insurance is applied for the amount stated on the product. However, please note that this only applies to the product price and shipping fees cannot be refunded.

In both cases, insurance is applied if negligence is found after an investigation by Japan Post. For expensive items, I recommend shipping via EMS.

Shipping costs vary depending on the number of pieces purchased. Gatefold are calculated as 2 pieces. Shipping cost for 10 inch is the same as 12 inch. If multiple types of media are purchased at the same time, shipping costs will be adjusted by weight.

If the weight including packaging exceeds 2kg, it cannot be shipped by small packet and will be shipped by EMS.

Unexpected situations can occur in international mail and international sales. I will only accept orders from customers who can resolve the issue through peaceful discussion
