Automatic Cancellation Policy: Orders will be cancelled if payment is not received within 5 days.
I use Media Mail or Priority Mail for US shipments; I pack my items very securely and weigh each package to determine shipping costs; I add my actual packaging cost to the postage cost to determine total shipping cost. I will add insurance if requested by the buyer.
For international shipments, I use First Class International Mail, Priority Mail International or Priority Mail Express International. Buyer pays all costs of shipping including insurance charges (I will not ship internationally without insurance based upon experience). The buyer also pays any import duties charged by the local customs authorities; I always list the actual price paid for the item(s) on the customs form.
In the case of a lost or damaged parcel that is not satisfied by insurance, I will refund one-half of the purchase price and the shipping cost.
For any undamaged item returned in the same condition it was sent, I will refund the full cost of the item but not the shipping. In addition, the buyer pays for the return shipping. I will issue the refund promptly upon receipt of the item.
NOTE ADDED JANUARY 7, 2018 FOR FULLY SEALED ITEMS ORDERED AFTER JANUARY 7, 2018: ONCE THE SHRINK WRAP IS OPENED, THE VALUE OF THE ITEM DECREASES SHARPLY. THEREFORE, FOR SEALED ITEMS THAT ARE OPENED BY THE BUYER AND RETURNED FOR ANY REASON, I WILL REFUND 50% OF THE ITEM'S COST UPON RECEIPT OF THE ITEM.
