Trying to identify Decca Sample 78 from 1931

Hello, no idea if this is the right place to ask. I have a Decca sample 78 record that contains some eastern music with a female vocal (I suspect Indian, or something from that part of the world). The label has writing in what appears to be French and also an eastern script. The other side of the record is completely blank. I'd love to find out who this is... Salma El Nasair? Hasair?

It's dated 23rd Feb 1931. I can't read it!

The writing in blue pen looks like Hebrew to me.

Yes, it does. The singer is identified as Saleha Almasriya. The title could not be identified.
