Easily one of the most dynamic pop LPs I own, and my system is NOT typically very dynamic. Really good sound, but I have yet to clean it and HOPE I can get rid of the tick that consumes half of the 2nd track.

Excellent remastering. The lacquer cut seems very good to me. Good job overall…sonically a delight at this price level.
But all the good work went down the drain with the GZ Media pressing; As much as I cleaned and cleaned it with my VPI Machine, the ticks were still there and especially at the end of side A (Susie / Rocket Man). The quality of the manufacturing material must be the worst. I'll keep playing this LP when I don't do clinical listening, otherwise I'd get mad!!!
Good luck to those who got their Registration from a “clean” batch with no clicks or ticks on the surface. -

My copy of vinyl looks great but plays horribly.. Boomy, muddy, almost cancelling play itself. Deep cleaning did not help. Must have received a dud... -

Very good pressing. Quiet, dynamic yet well balanced. Agreed that this belongs in the record collection for any Elton John fan.
