It may not be possible to select a favorite Wilco album. They are all unique. But this is close. That said, the sound quality of this pressing is so good. Crystal clear, flat, such depth. This is a home run.

I recently A-B'd this against the CD. It is telling that the CD is also one of the best sounding discs on my player but the vinyl sound staging and just the way the recording breathes more is just so much more engaging on vinyl. It deserves its place amongst the recording masterpieces this album, an enthralling listen every single time. One of my best sounding records. -
This is the best sounding record in my collection, and is by far the definitive edition of this album. I cannot begin to express just how incredible this record sounds. Dead quiet when it needs to be, huge soundstage, incredible music. So happy to have this one in my collection! -
Edited 4 years agoFound in a bin unloved. Sounds absolutely fantastic. Wilco did something special on this album though I don't consider their best. Impossible features one of modern musics great solos. -

Really like this pressing, my copy is very, very clean; no hisses, pops or surface noise (it sucks others appear to have this). It's far from my favorite Wilco album but "Impossible " is an amazing song -
my copy has a fair bit of surface noise, anyone else got this? Bit of a bummer when listening to Impossible .
