Edited 20 years agoOrbital's first album and therefore a classic. It has been bettered by their 'Brown album' but nevertheless it contains renditions of both 'Chime' and 'Belfast'.
Surprisingly this is also quite an experimental and simple album as Orbital hadn't yet settled on a formula. Therefore you get the loopy weirdness of 'Moebius' (complete with Star Trek vocal sample - I think, don't quote me) next to the lovely 'Oolaa'.
A most satisfying album even especially compared to some of the overproduced dance music of today.

It's a very good debut album from two brothers who became the pioneers of electronic music. All the tracks have that old good old-school spirit... It's a really good record!
This is the '99 reissue of the album. It also contains one hidden track entitled "I Think It's Disgusting" - it's a short (51 seconds) piano loop.
