3 was shortened by 5:41, 5 by 2:47 and 3 by 56 seconds.
7 release on compilation 'Always Know'

Looks very similar to the "Manufactured for BMG Direct under license" but slightly different run-out numbers.
Comes with two hype sticks on front of jewel case: 1) Blue square "Best Value"; 2) larger yellow "Here is the definitive...Insightful liner notes enclosed. K 64886-S1".
Comes with "Monk on Columbia" insert with 2004 copyright date.
