Reviews

This review is for the stereo layer only.
This sounds very good to me. The instruments seem right in front/left/right of you. There is no tape hiss at all. It feels like a private event with me as the guest of honor. It is extraordinarily intimate feeling.
Every instrument comes through clearly and loudly. Right now, for example, Kenny is in the left channel having a co-solo with the sax in the right speaker.
Everything is so clear. The drums have complete cymbal decay, although the brush strokes could use more detail, because they sound like a single haze.
Overall, this is very good.
