A really solid album front to back. Had it, got rid of it, Got it back. Glad I did. Usually can be found for cheap. Recommend? Yes indeed.
-
Ambitious competent diverse 60s Bosstown sound garage/psych filled with classic hallmarks of the genre - liberal doses of atmospheric piercing fuzz guitar, eerie organ droning, powerful drumming, hypnotic basslines & plaintive expressive vocals - for subtle results avoiding the excesses of some of the SF bands.
A solid effort all in all & some true psych diamonds here among one or two fillers. -
Good release for the price. Mine was a bit muddy in of production quality, but the album is good enough to make up for it. I did not give 4 stars because of the production.
