Came to here to say that it was the first time I heard "Some Might Say" properly and in a pleasant way, different from WTSMG. FKN hell, it took a band split and an unplugged album?

I the first MTV Unplugged sessions, they were fun, though nothing to write home about, yet over time, as here, the production and the music (please see the actual concert footage) simply becomes grander than grand.

Shot and recorded in 2019 in a lovely venue, complete with strings that actually accompany the music, rather than being over bearing, Gallagher’s sound is revisioned, refashioned, exemplified in manner that makes it endearing, enchanting and simply larger than life, where if this is where the man decided to step off the stage for evermore, it would be a fine testament to look back on with wide eyed splendor.

So, after all that, it was sad to finally spin the vinyl and hear such a compressed sound, and while I wouldn’t call it muddy per-say, I’d suggest that nothing was done with care or consideration for the final product, other than making it available for sale, to which I can only hope that one day a better live example is pressed to wax, perhaps a three sided double album that would also feature the songs that at this point remain missing.

No Hi frequencies, no Mid-Hi frequencies. Just Mid-Low and Low frequencies. Too much compressed. Horrible sound. Probably the worst record sound on my collection. Don't buy this. Save your money.

Couple of songs missing from the vinyl unfortunately.. For What It's Worth was awesome, shame it didn't make it. Here's a piece of the concert. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z-7umhXUZ4c

Also can anyone confirm that the splatter is better?

there are no differences between the signed ones and the standard black edition. a signature doesn't make the record different.

Crazy how this actually was sent out to some record stores. Looks good, how does it sound?
Going to have to wait for my copy to come in September.
