Reviews

No doubt about the greatness of this music. looking for a really good pressing/sound this was my first MOV purchase. I was disappointed mainly by the clearly audible clicks and crackle on a brand new sealed record
-
Edited one year agoI was hoping the previous reviews would be on about this one and save me some money. Flat and quiet but sounds digitally sourced (anyone know for sure ?), bright, and compressed to these ears. I would just pickup an original Columbia 2 or 6 Eye. There are a ton out there and sound fine. Or just splurge on one of the AP versions if you want a great modern remastered version.

Agree with some of the other comments, the soundstage of this pressing is the first thing that jumps to my attention, its amazing. Definitely worth adding this pressing to your collection.

Edited 2 years agoI find the soundstage of this pressing to be outstanding. That said, I have several pressings, both original and repressings. Believe it or not, I find the 70s represses to be better than this. I find the mastering of this pressing to be problematic, as the cymbals on the left side speaker are lacking here. Compare Blue Rondo A La Turk among pressings and you'll see what I mean.

Was digging the records at Saturn in Hamburg not really planning on buying something. But then I stumbled on this MOV version. Didn't even knew it exists. One year ago I sent a ''WaxTime'' back, it was so noisy, unbearable.
But this one is superb, I'm glad I found it! -
Great sounding record. I have had the CD version of this album for years but this Vinyl version from Music on Vinyl completely outshines it. Grab it while you can. Quiet, instruments resonate as if the band was playing in your living room. The price too is a bargain for this audio quality.

This might be the best sounding record in my collection. Absolute perfect pressing! Not a single crack or pop, just flawless sound from start to the end
