The zeotrope doesn’t work at all, and where is the central Cee ft

My copy sounds incredible. It arrived with no numbering on the back cover since I didn’t order it from blood records, but I think it’s the exact same pressing and packaging just without the numbering. (:

is there any difference between this and the blood records exclusive besides the numbering??

Does anyone know if they are also hand numbered from other retailers or just from Blood Records themselves? Just noticed it’s up on Rarewaves

This was originally being sold as 1/5000, then it changed to 1/1000. Pretty sure it was down to poor sales.

This design is just impeccable. I love it so much. My friend got this for me as a surprise for my birthday as I wanted it so bad. I can’t get the design to show up properly on my phone as I don’t have enough light by my player right now but that’s fine. Record sounds really good!!!! I’m impressed Blood Records yet again. Third pressing of theirs I own and it’s been a quality after quality drop each time. I have 74/1000.

Really cool pressing! Heads up to anyone who may be confused to how the zoetrope works--one way to view it is through a camera set at 24fps. I was able to see it perfectly using my iPhone 15 set to 24fps and turning on "action mode", located on the top left of the video screen next to the flash button. You can also try to view it through a slit by setting up cardboard in front of your record player or something, similar to how a traditional zoetrope works, but that's too much work imo.

As for the actual music, my only complaint is that there is a lot of noise between songs. Otherwise, each track sounds great in my opinion.

There are also some differences between this record and the version that is available on streaming services:

- Central Cee's verse is completely removed from "Nice to meet you"
- "Bury me" has an additional verse by Kelela at the start of the track
- "Feelings" now has a slightly extended intro

I'm sure there's probably a few more differences, but this is what I've noticed after my first listening!
