I have tried cleaning this record like 4 times now and I still cant get past the first 2 tracks without the record skipping multiple times. Must have gotten a crappy copy. -
Great LP, it just explodes.
Some good experimental sounds here.
Disc iself sounds good with blank space between tracks. Mastered for vinyl well. Always hesitant for coloured vinyl, but this is good.
Setup: Techics SP10 MK2, Rega 880 Tonearm/Audio technica AT-VMN540ML, Sony TA-FB940R, Klipsch speakers.

Perfect sound. Absolutely no noise and great dynamics.
Album is of course fantastic as well. -

Mine is PTKF3041-3BC and the BC stands for "Bandcamp Only" which is also on the label. -
Nice full sound. Good pressing fun color to me best Idles record so far, they are getting more interesting every new record. -
Edited one year agoAfter getting the black vinyl copy instead of the deluxe edition yellow (because of a shipping error), I decided to get the orange version and return the standard black vinyl version. Both copies sounded great and no complaints here. This copy sounds a bit punchy compared to the standard copy. Happy I snagged this despite the circumstances. -
Edited one year agoPerfect orange pressing from german jpc retailer. Great Idles album. -
Maybe just a fluke, but the timing of tracks on this pressing is all off. "Dancer," for example, on A2, starts about 10 seconds into the track. Great album, but this is a very disappointing press.
