Edited 5 months agoThe record itself came in flawless condition, sounds flawless, but there is a tad bit of surface noise. With how loud this album should be played, the surface noise doesn't bother me.

Excellent mini four tet LP here that covers the sounds and textures the project has explored over the years while adding in some subtle dream pop / shoegaze flourishes. Matt Colton's cut sounds great and the artwork matches the music perfectly, easy chill smiles with this one. -
A LOT of surface noise on mine. Cleaned and washed it 3 times, to no good. First I thought it was part of the music, but it defo is not.
Ordered it from HHV, I'm probably stopping ordering from them, it always has problems: also came slightly warped.
Asking for a replacement or a reimbursement, because it's pretty bad -
For me it's his best release since a long time. I really got the PAUSE Vibes sometimes. -
Sounds lovely. Great bass and detailed highs - especially on Side B. Mine (a second batch of LPs maybe?) didn't come with any inserts but did have polylined inner. -

Vinyl sounds really great. I was hesitant to order given how much detail I could pick up on my headphones with Spotify. But the vinyl matches it on a good setup with plenty of space and added warmth. Clean and quiet pressing 🙂 -
I think each of these contains a unique 8x12 print, mine is different from those featured here. Ive added mine to the photos, would love to see what everyone else got. The print is similar in style to those tiled together on the cover. The record sounds great btw
