Alden Tyrells mastering is not bullshit, it is a very well done reinterpretation of Drexciya´s sound. It would have been silly to try and "copy" the original nsc sound. This would also have been inconsistent with the overall concept of the "Journey of the Deep Sea Dweller" comp - not a museal reproduction of the past, but a living, fresh, innovative continuation. Seen as such, Alden Tyrells mastering is brilliant. It is clear, transparent and allows you to hear details which are more difficult to detect in the warmer, more compact original mastering. If you own both the original and the new records - which is something any decent Drexciya lover should strive for - then you can profit from the difference in your DJ sets and home listening enjoyment.

Alden Tyrells mastering is bullshit. He is a very good producer and really bad in this mastering of the Drexciya- tracks. The original is much better! You can count it for all the Drexiya RM tunes!
