As a long term fan of Radio head and all of Thom Yorke's solo albums as well. I was really looking forward to this collaboration alnum being relased, and I was not disappointed. It's a stunning album. Thom has such a distincive voice, and it blends perfectly with the electronic sound of this album. Stand out vtracks for me are "White Cliffs" and "This Conversation Is Missing Your Voice" I love the quality of the packaging/sleeve,the inner booklet is really niceley printed,I love the texure and look of the main cover. I was lucky enough to get a copy with the bronze coin and te little envelope it came in. But I think a lot of copies had tthe coins removed/nicked by people which is sad. I also have the deluxed CD edition that also came in a book form as well. The coin is actualy a reallu lovely object and I can't wait to see what it's future use is going to be. This might be one of my favourite albums of 2025 so far. I love the front cover image is of a re-sculpted version of Rodin's 'thinker' figure and that this is sort of echoed in the bronze coin. I didnt't consiously got out looking for a viynl vesion with tthe bronze coin, and the store where I bought my copy, the owner had no idea how many of the copies he had came with the coin,I was just lucky on the day my copy did come with the coin, the design of the coin echoes the art of the artist Paul Klee. A realy astoundingly good album that I love the more I listen to it. People trying to find the bronze coin made me think of Wonka's golden ticket. I hace no doubt the coin will turn up on online auction sitesat inflated prices

I'm wondering if my shipment included a coin, because both sides of the package were torn.
If the envelope containing the coin was on top of the box, would it be possible to remove the envelope from the packaging after "opening" it?
Did anyone else notice any torn tape? -

Thom Yorke: needs no introduction; a humble lovely bloke in the flesh. One of the most unique & instantly recognisable voices in the world of music. Counts Neil Young as an early 'muse', according to interviews.
Mark Pritchard: UK electronic legend / one half of landmark 90's ambient outfit 'Global Communication' / wonky funkers 'The Jedi Knights' / detail obsessive veteran producer with more musical 'hats' than the Legried's. Scarpered from the UK back in 2004/5 to the sunny shores of Oz.
TOGETHER? Absolute GIFT. Feel spoilt rotten by this collaboration. a rare thing to cherish. Radiohead fans should not be disappointed; 'Tall Tales' is every part as accomplished, if a little less commercial due to having no obvious 'anthems'. The same for those who know MP's output; or more to the point, those who appreciate his eclecticism & abilities with a huge array of styles.
Already a legendary LP within a month of it's release, and that's no tall tale... -
This is a first rate pressing and the songs are phenomenal. A strong contender for album of the year.

What a pressing! It sounds amazing, flat and silent.
The album is yet another delight from Yorke's craftsmnship. More experimental than usual, but stimulating for the ears.
Just buy the album, it really doesn't matter what version are you into.
PS my copy came without the coin and it just works fine! -
This edition is GORGEOUS, simply gorgeous. But I will never not hate this type of sleeve - so bloody challenging to slide the LPs out of their pockets (the same goes for tip-on sleeves). Few things give me less pleasure than this.
That said, I am super happy I got in on this release - and the coin element makes it even more enjoyable. -
Well…really surprised by this album!
Didn’t like the two single bit when i listened to the full album it was a really nice experience !
Glad to have put some extra on this version even if i prefer the other cover: really good pressing and nice artwork! -
Edited 22 days agoWhat’s the difference between this and the regular version, besides costing almost twice as much?
